Vanessa Bartram - Vanessa Bartram is Managing Partner of ZORA Ventures, Israel’s leading dedicated impact tech fund. ZORA backs exceptional Israeli deep tech teams that develop B2B solutions to help the world’s largest companies operate more healthfully, sustainably and resource-efficiently. Each portfolio company targets significant and quantifiable progress toward one of the UN SDGs – climate change, environment, health access, food security – while also building a business that can deliver top-quartile venture returns.

Vanessa began her career in investment banking in Mexico City with KPMG Corporate Finance, providing sell-side advisory and restructuring services to mid-market companies. She later founded the Miami HR company WorkSquare, which she grew to $25+ million in revenue. Vanessa was also the Founding Board Member of LAVAN, a network of impact investors inspired by Jewish learning in their pursuit of social and environmental change. She holds an MBA from Harvard, a BA from Princeton University, and is a Heritage Fellow with the Wexner Foundation.
