Natasha Kehimkar - Natasha Kehimkar (she-her) is an executive coach and strategic advisor to organizations around the world. As CEO and founder of Malida Advisors, she and her team help companies leverage leadership capabilities, culture, and DEI (diversity, equity, & inclusion), so they can meet and exceed their goals. Drawing on over 25 years of experience leading global human resources and talent acquisition in tech, biotech, consumer products, and life sciences, Natasha serves as a board member and advisor to private companies and nonprofit organizations. She holds a BA in Sociology from McGill University, a Master's degree in HR and Labor Relations from Michigan State University, and professional coach accreditation.
