Co-Founder at Bontify
Michal Miasnik - Michal’s background uniquely combines tech entrepreneurship and business development with social initiatives focused around seniors and teens.
For more than 15 years, Michal worked at venture funds in the private and government sectors where she held business development positions. Most recently, she served as Director of Business Development for Glilot Capital in the U.S. Prior to that, she was the head of U.S. West Coast Operations for the BIRD (Binational Industrial R&D) Foundation, reporting to its Executive Director. Michal’s responsibilities included identifying cooperation opportunities for portfolio companies, initiating partnerships, creating new initiatives in innovative sectors and generating deal flow.
In the past few years, Michal combined her entrepreneurial background with her passion for social initiative to found Bontify. Bontify is a program that brings generations closer by incorporating a project-based approach where grandparents and grandchildren create meaningful experiences.
Michal is actively involved in community and philanthropic initiatives in Education and Seniors. She holds a bachelor degree in Social Work from Tel-Aviv University. Michal lives with her husband and three children in the San Francisco Bay Area.
