Erez Kalir - Erez Kalir is an investor with a focus on early stage biotechnology and real estate. He has been an early investor in several path-breaking companies in the life sciences, including Valisure, BiondVax, and Albireo. Earlier in his career, he was the CEO and co-founder of Sabretooth Capital, a multi-asset class investment firm that managed ~$1 billion for Julian H. Robertson and several of America's most well known families and endowments. He has been an invited investment presenter at the Ira Sohn Conference at Lincoln Center and the Greenwich Roundtable. Erez began his business career at McKinsey & Co., where he was an early member of bankruptcy and restructuring practice. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal; an MSc. from Magdalen College, Oxford, where he studied biology on a Rhodes Scholarship; and an A.B. from Stanford, where he majored in biology and English. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the New York Economic Club.
